The itinerary that was made for us to include all of the areas that we wanted to visit was excellent, you did a great job in fitting a lot into a 3 week period....... There was no one stand out highlight of our trip as we enjoyed every place we visited and they were all individually exciting and quite different. If we had to pick one it would be a toss up between Easter Island and Machu Picchu. Thank you for all of the organization that went into our trip, we did not have to worry about any aspect other than to turn up at the allotted time and someone would look after every detail for us.

After your international flight arrival in Rio de Janiero or Sao Paulo we will transfer you to your flight to Iguazu. Upon arrival in Foz do Iguacu we will transfer you to your chosen hotel. In the afternoon you will enjoy a half-day tour to the Brazilian side of the Iguazu Falls park. You will spend the night in the city of Foz do Iguazu and can choose from a range of hotels which include the Continental Inn and the Bourbon Resort and Golf for example.
After breakfast at your hotel you will be able to enjoy a half day tour to the Argentine side of the Iguazu Falls park, including visits to the various viewing platforms and a boat ride into the “Devil’s Throat”. Overnight again in Foz do Iguacu.
DAY 3
This morning you will transfered to the airport and take a short flight (under 2 hours) to Rio de Janeiro. Upon arrival in Brazil´s most famous city we will transfer you to your hotel in the Copacabana beach district. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure, wandering the beaches or resting up in your hotel which could be the Hotel Mar Palace for 3 star clients or the Royal Rio Palace for luxury clients. There is a huge range of hotels in this area so just let us know what you prefer.
DAY 4
In the afternoon we will collect you for a superb half-day tour to one of the new Wonder of the World the Corcovado, or White Christ statue, towering over the city of Rio. The views are unforgetable and you will be astounded and use up all your camera memory during the tour! The afternoon will be free to hit the beach.

DAY 5
Today you will take a tour to see the other very famous Rio de Janeiro landmark, the Sugar Loaf Mountain, which you will ascend by a two stage cable car. The views from this site are also incredible, you really cant go wrong, make sure you have plenty of space on your camera memory card again. As an extra treat to yourself you could fly in a helicopter from the 1st stage of the cable car, around the Corcovado. It is not cheap but how spectacular are the views! You then will have some more time to catch some rays on the most famous beach in the world, the Copacabana.
After breakfast we will transfer you to Rio airport for your flight to the steamy Bahia city of Salvador. When you arrive in Salvador you will be met and taken to your hotel in the city. You will then be free to wander in the afternoon, relax and enjoy the city. In the evening you will see a folklore show during dinner at the “Solar do Unhão”. Overnight in Salvador in maybe the Pousada do Pilar or the Blue Tree Hotel.

DAY 7
Today you will have a half day historical city tour visiting the most important landmarks and attractions in the city of Salvador including the Model Market, the Bonfim Church, the Lacerda Elevator, “Cidade Alta” & “Cidade Baixa”. Your night will be free to relax. Overnight in Salvador.
NOTE: Both Salvador and Rio are great places to add more days, let us know if you have more time so you can slow your vacation pace.
DAY 8
After breakfast you will fly back to Rio and bid fairwell to Brazil and will be transfered to the airport for your flight home or to your next holiday destination with us at Escaped to Latin America.
